Founded in the heart of London in 2022, Strong Club started with a simple frustration. The gear we actually run, like mini PCs, network switches, KVMs, the list goes on. They almost never have a proper home in a standard rack. Off-the-shelf shelves waste space, kill airflow, and look like an afterthought.
So we started designing our own. What began as a handful of mounts printed for our own office turned into a full, modular range trusted by IT professionals, MSPs, and enthusiasts who care as much about how a rack looks as how it runs.
What started as a small venture with a big idea has grown into a leading provider of bespoke 3D printed network equipment. Our journey is one of innovation, precision, and a relentless commitment to quality.
Our Process
Every Strong Club mount starts the same way:
Before anything is printed, we scan and model the device itself, measuring the real hardware down to the millimetre and building the mount around it.
Our 19" mounts are built as a modular system, not one-off brackets. A full panel spans the standard 19-inch rack width, and you build it from parts: choose the mount for your device, pair it with a second mount or a blank plate to fill the rest of the row, then slot the finished 1U to 5U panel straight into your rack.
Every mount in the range shares the same fixings and dimensions, you can sit different devices side by side, swap a panel out when your kit changes, and keep adding as your setup grows. One device or a dozen, it all lines up clean.
And no design is ever really finished: we print it, fit it to the real device, then refine it, tightening tolerances, improving airflow and strengthening the parts that carry the load, so every mount you buy is a design that has already been tested, worn in and improved.

01 — Quality
Every mount is modelled around one specific device and test-fitted to the real hardware before it ships. Tight tolerances, proper airflow, clean front access. If it doesn't fit right, it doesn't go out.
02 — Waste
We print to order, so nothing is mass-produced and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be binned. Durable, recyclable material and minimal but protective packaging.
03 — Customisation
We design and print everything ourselves, almost nothing is off the shelf. Can't find your device? We'll design a mount for it. Want a specific colour, or your company logo on the front? Done. From a single bracket to a full custom rack build, it's made to fit your setup, not the other way around.
